Start support with Recovery Cymru

Getting started is simple

You can fill in a short form, call us, or email us. A friendly team member will help you understand what is available and what feels right for you.

A calmer first step

“We are a safe and non-judgemental space for people to come, speak and feel heard.”

Getting in touch does not mean you have to commit to anything. It can simply be a first conversation about what support might feel right.

Before you reach out

You can start exactly where you are

1

You do not need the perfect words

You can simply say you are looking for support and the team will help from there.

2

You will not be judged

Recovery Cymru is built around lived and shared experience, understanding and respect.

3

You can take your time

Getting in touch can be a first conversation, not a commitment to everything at once.

How it works

What happens next?

  1. You get in touch.
Use the form, phone or email. You do not need to have everything worked out.
  2. We arrange a time to speak.
We will explain how Recovery Cymru works and answer your questions.
  3. We talk through what is available.
This may include groups, activities, recovery coaching, peer support or other options.
  4. You decide what feels right.
You can start gently and take things at your own pace.

No. You can start with a chat, ask questions and take it from there.

That is okay. The team can talk it through with you and help you find what works.
